When do my points credit?
The moment your order is confirmed delivered. Not at checkout, not when it ships — at delivery. Bonuses (first-order, referral) follow the same rule.
How do I redeem?
Sign in to your account, pick a reward, get a one-time discount code by email, paste it at checkout. Each code applies to one order.
Do my points expire?
Points stay valid for 12 months from your most recent earn. Place another order or redeem a reward and the clock resets.
What if I return an order?
Points earned on a refunded order are reversed (prorated for partial refunds). Tier status doesn't change retroactively.
Can I combine a reward code with another promo?
One discount per order. If you redeem a reward code, you can't stack a separate promo on top of it.
What does it cost to join?
